The fencing around the main swimming pool will shortly be re-instated but positioned further from the edge of the main pool. Separate entrance and exit gateways need to be created which unfortunately means the small pool has to be closed. This new configuration is thought to be a better design and will be more in line with the instructions and drawing issued by the Committee and will therefore be carried out at zero cost to the Community.
A poolside sign will make clear the maximum capacity of swimmers allowed in the pool at any one time but this number will be reviewed over time and experience.
As an additional health and safety measure the access controller will be logging the names and property number of those using the swimming pool on a daily basis.
