Spain’s Horizontal Property Law requires Communities to have a uniform model for design and colours for everything including external walls, awning fabric and fencing etc.
The nearest distributors of our external paint are based at Torre Pachecco. The name of the paint shop is Pintura Briz, part of the TK Rom Group from Cartagena.

You will need to quote Comunidad Albatros when ordering and state the following paint codes:
Colour code CRD 1037 is the lighter original colour
Colour code CRD 1051 is the darker original colour
Colour code Marron Tabaco 833 for the brown colour Tono Oscuro – dark tone
Colour code White TKROM Liso (smooth) R52 Blanco for the white profiling around windows
All paint codes are available in 4 ltr and 15 ltr containers.
