We now have flood barriers available (see below) that fit inside channels fixed at the top of the basement carpark ramp at the garage entrance and the two pedestrian gates into C/ Ponet and Tagomago which should stop water entering the walkways and gardens. These were not expensive and are similar to barriers fitted at other Communities and will be put in place whenever there is a flood warning.
